Upgrade to V20 required for NFRs running on V18.

If you did not upgrade your NFR to V20, you may be experiencing a loss in Simultaneous Calls (SCs). This is because your licenses are restricted to 2 simultaneous calls (2SC) only. You have also lost access to PRO or ENT features. To avoid lost SC calls an upgrade to V20 is required. For those who missed the deadline and need to address this quickly, we’ve outlined some steps to follow below.

As of Thursday 14 November 2024, the upgrade has been implemented. The restoration of your Edition and SCs now depends upon a manual script – which is run weekly on Monday and Friday. Following your upgrade to V20, you will have to wait until the script is run. Although unfortunate, this can’t be helped. The deadline was announced on our blog and widely advertised via mailer too, to ensure as little disruption as possible for you.

If, on the other hand, you have NFR licenses that you did not yet deploy there is no need for further action as – once the time comes to deploy – you will be doing so on V20. These licenses will be upgraded automatically.
