Last fixes before final.

Following the successful ALPHA, BETA, and RC1 releases, today’s RC 2 includes last fixes ahead of U6 Final, coming soon.

Updates & Improvements:

Added

  • Support for Orange Business Talk (BTIP).
  • The “Queue Answered by Waiting Time” report now includes the total number of calls.
  • Banners have been introduced in the Web Client.
  • External databases can now be used with Multi-Company Mode.

  • Queue, Queue Performance, and Ring Group reports have been improved.
  • Filters in Call Log reports have been refined for better accuracy and control.

Fixed

  • Resolved an issue where calls initiated using MAKECALL did not terminate correctly.
  • Corrected how answered calls are counted when routed through a department in Call Reports.
  • Incorrect totals in Ring Group and Queue reports.
  • Addressed compatibility issues with Data Connectors in Multi-Company Mode.
  • Broken headers in WAV file exports.
  • Resolved a crash in the Queue Manager.
  • Abandoned chat reports for systems with no queues configured.
  • Improved purging reliability for Data Connectors when timeouts occur.
  • Corrected total counts for abandoned queue calls.
  • Inaccuracies in Extension Statistics and Call Cost by Department reports when using Multi-Company Mode.
